Grzegorz Spuz-Szpos

Grzegorz Spuz-Szpos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, auditing, and advisory services. As the Founding Partner and Certified Auditor at KKLW Legal Kurzyński Wierzbicki Sp.k. since December 2018, Grzegorz specializes in mergers and acquisitions, finance raising, and compliance projects. Grzegorz also serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at North Coast S.A., and is a Partner at Audit & Consulting Services, focusing on M&A, due diligence, and forensic accounting. Previously, Grzegorz held the position of Finance Manager at Empik Media & Fashion, overseeing significant financial operations and M&A transactions. With a strong foundation from Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager, Grzegorz has diverse industry experience and expertise in IFRS, Polish GAAP, and US GAAP. Grzegorz holds ACCA and Certified Auditor qualifications and possesses a Master’s degree in Engineering from the Technical University of Lublin.
