Tim Reynolds is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in governance and strategic development across various organizations. Currently serving as Chairman of Cose Health and Wellness Trust since September 2016, Tim oversees initiatives that provide small businesses with self-funded health insurance options. In addition to this role, Tim is a Board Member and Treasurer at Judson Retirement Community, contributing to the organization's mission of enhancing the lives of older adults. Tim is also involved with North Coast Angel Fund as an investor and member, focusing on evaluating B2B SaaS opportunities. Previous positions include Board Member roles at Bezlio and Strimo, and significant contributions to Volaris Group's M&A team. Tim has a longstanding commitment to public service, having served as Treasurer for the Village of Gates Mills and Chair of the Budget Committee at Tribute, Inc., where Tim played a key role in enterprise software development. Tim holds an MBA in Marketing and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan and a BA in Psychology from Macalester College.
