Nicole Redmond has a diverse and extensive professional background, having worked at MYER for over 24 years in various roles before joining North Construction & Building Pty Ltd in December 2011. At MYER, Nicole started as a Management Cadet and worked their way up to Project Manager for new stores and refurbishments. In their current role at North Construction & Building Pty Ltd, Nicole holds multiple titles including Director of People, Culture & Corporate Services, Corporate Services Manager, and Company Secretary, showcasing their expertise in managing corporate functions and services. Nicole has also invested in their education, obtaining a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Certificate in Governance Practice from the Governance Institute of Australia.
