Joann Boston

Joann Boston has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Hospitality Implementation Specialist II at North Country Business Products since October 2014, providing installation, training, and support for MICROS/Oracle products and Future POS. Prior to this role, Joann was the Front Office Manager at Clarion Suites at the Alliant Energy Center from October 2007 to October 2014, where responsibilities included coordinating front desk operations and assisting the General Manager. Earlier experience includes a position as a Certified Trainer/Server/Host at Perkins Restaurant from March 2006 to September 2007, focusing on customer service and training new employees. Joann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management from Academie Internationale de Management and has also completed business studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
