Leslie Elrod

Leslie Elrod, PhD, QMHP, currently serves as the Psychosocial Clubhouse Director and Training Specialist at North Country Community Mental Health since April 2021, where responsibilities include organizing and developing professional training for staff. With extensive teaching experience at Penn State University, where courses are designed and taught asynchronously, and a tenure as an Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of Cincinnati, Leslie has contributed significantly to academia through course development and research. Previous roles include Employment Operations Manager at Van Buren Community Mental Health, where Leslie improved productivity and morale through effective assessment processes, and Director of Service Learning & Civic Engagement at UC Blue Ash College, which saw substantial program growth.
