Scott Carey

Scott Carey is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in healthcare IT and organizational performance improvement. As Chief Information Officer at North Country HealthCare since June 2025, Scott leads IT services across 13 locations in Northern Arizona, focusing on enhancing IT infrastructure and electronic health records to improve patient care. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at the Institute of Museum and Library Services from 2019 to 2025, Scott drove strategic initiatives across various departments, integrating AI and data analytics to enhance organizational performance. Scott also served in multiple leadership roles at the Federal Bureau of Investigation from 2012 to 2019, successfully shaping and executing innovative IT strategies. Scott holds a Master of Science in System Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
