Alexander Schroter

Alexander Schroter has a diverse work experience spanning different roles. Alexander began their career as a Kennel Assistant at San Marcos Kennels in 2009 and worked there until 2017. After that, from 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Help Desk employee at Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR). In 2019, they joined TrueCare as a Help Desk Technician I and later transitioned to the role of Network and Systems Analyst. In this role, they provided Tier 2 support for network, server, application, and other IT services. Alexander also worked closely with the IT leadership and System Engineering team to monitor production equipment.

Alexander Schroter has a comprehensive education history in the field of computer network administration and cybersecurity. Alexander obtained an Associate of Science degree in Computer Network Administration with an emphasis on Linux from Palomar College in 2015-2016. Alexander further pursued their studies at Palomar College, earning an Associate of Science degree in Computer Network Administration with an emphasis on Cisco in 2016-2017, and another Associate of Science degree in Computer Network Administration with an emphasis on Microsoft in 2019-2020.

Additionally, Alexander obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts from Platt College-San Diego in an unspecified year, but it was completed prior to 2013. Throughout their educational journey, Alexander also acquired several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals obtained from Microsoft in January 2022, Cisco Certified Network Associate obtained from Cisco in April 2023, CompTIA A+ ce acquired in October 2015, CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) earned in May 2021, CompTIA Network+ ce obtained in December 2016, and CompTIA Security+ ce acquired in July 2015.
