Hollie Garcia has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Hollie is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at TrueCare since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at UHS for 8 years from January 2014 to May 2022 as a Regional In-House Physician Recruiter. Before their role at UHS, Hollie worked at Palomar Health for 7 years from December 2006 to December 2013 as a Manager of Physician Development. Hollie'searliest work experience was as a Principal at HUG Communications, where they provided national consulting services for healthcare organizations and conducted marketing research focused on healthcare messaging and outreach in Latino communities from 1999 to 2006.

Hollie Garcia completed their education in a chronological order, starting with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 1996. Hollie then pursued Graduate Studies in Public Health from San Diego State University, graduating in 2001.
