Brian Piccolo is an experienced Senior System Engineer at North County Transit District since April 2018, specializing in the maintenance and reliability of a VMware vSphere environment that includes 120 virtual desktops and 250 virtual Windows and Linux servers, along with disaster recovery implementation for business continuity. Prior to this role, Brian served as an IT Support Engineer at In Motion Networks Corporation from July 2016 to April 2018, where responsibilities included leading customer support for technical issues as part of a Managed Service Provider. From June 2009 to June 2016, Brian worked as an IP Support Engineer at American Gourmet, focusing on workflow improvement through the creation of templates and providing exceptional customer support, while also maintaining and upgrading various hardware and software.

North County Transit District is the primary public transportation system in North San Diego County. Every year, millions of passengers ride our COASTER commuter trains, SPRINTER hybrid rail trains, BREEZE buses, FLEX and LIFT paratransit. Since FY19, we have also added 70 new Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses to the BREEZE fleet.
