Amanda White, PHR, SHRM-CP

Amanda White, SPHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Amanda is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at North Central Surgical Center Hospital since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Spectral MD from July 2020 to August 2021.

From 2014 to 2020, Amanda held various roles at Mustang Creek Estates - Residential Assisted Living and Memory Care. Amanda started as the Director of Human Resources and was responsible for building and implementing the HR infrastructure of the company. Amanda later served as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they provided HR support, designed the talent acquisition process, and led the HR team.

Before joining Mustang Creek Estates, Amanda worked as an HR Generalist at The Legacy Senior Communities from June 2012 to April 2014. Amanda also gained experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at Fort Worth Community Credit Union from August 2009 to June 2012, where they managed the recruiting process, facilitated employee orientation, and maintained payroll and HRIS systems.

Amanda's earlier experience includes internships in HR roles at Think Finance, Acme Brick, and Cash America during their college years. Amanda served as a Supervisor and Administrative Assistant at TCU Police Department: Froggie Five-0 from August 2005 to June 2009.

Throughout their career, Amanda has demonstrated their expertise in HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR infrastructure development. Amanda is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Amanda White, SPHR, SHRM-CP, earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication Studies - Human Relations from Texas Christian University between the years 2005 and 2009. In addition to their undergraduate education, they also obtained several professional certifications. In July 2011, they received the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Later, in April 2015, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Finally, in May 2023, they earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) certification from HRCI.
