Vahid Gorji

Vahid Gorji has a strong background in the drilling industry, with experience in various roles and responsibilities. Vahid started their career at National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC) as a Driller, where they supervised drilling operations and ensured the efficient mobilization of equipment and personnel. Vahid then transitioned to the role of Well Site Drilling Engineer, where they oversaw integration between sub-surface and wells teams and ensured compliance with project standards.

Later, Vahid joined North Drilling Company as a Senior Drilling Engineer, where they monitored daily well operations, maintained cost estimates, and facilitated client meetings. Vahid then progressed to become the Head of the Engineering Department for drilling equipment and machinery, where they managed inventory, resolved operation problems, and analyzed technical and financial documents for various projects.

Currently, Vahid holds the position of Director of Engineering Affairs at North Drilling Company, where they lead the engineering team in delivering cutting-edge products on time and within budget. Vahid coordinates with other departments, creates and manages budgets for engineering projects, and ensures cost-effective results. Vahid's work experience demonstrates their expertise in the drilling industry, their ability to manage teams and projects, and their commitment to safety and efficiency.

Vahid Gorji completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Islamic Azad University, Ahvaz Branch from 1996 to 2000. Vahid then pursued a Master's degree in Drilling Engineering from Islamic Azad University, Science And Research Branch from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, they also received on-the-job training in Well Drilling/Driller from the National Iranian Drilling Co. (NIDC) Drilling School starting from 2003.
