Kathleen Block

Kathleen Block has extensive experience in community action and management roles, having worked at North East Community Action Corporation since December 1990. Currently serving as Data Manager and NECAC Management Intake Administrator, Kathleen oversees the setup and maintenance of agency programs, user groups, and local security protocols as part of the Management Information System. Previously, Kathleen held positions as County Service Coordinator, Parent Aide, and In Home Aide within the same organization, focusing on coordinating office activities, consulting with families, and providing personal care. Kathleen's earlier experience includes managing Roys Restaurant and serving as Shift Supervisor at Twain Haven Nursing Home, where responsibilities ranged from operational management to patient care. Education was completed at Montgomery RII High School in Montgomery City, Missouri.
