James Trowsdale FRSA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cultural development and economic regeneration. Currently serving as the Strategic Lead for Culture at North East Lincolnshire Council since January 2020, James has successfully reshaped creative programs and secured significant funding, including a £90,000 grant from Arts Council England. Previous roles include Head of Trusts and Foundations at Coventry UK City of Culture 2021, where James secured £500,000 from the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, and Head of Public Partnerships for Hull 2017 UK City of Culture, achieving substantial funding across various projects.
