Lynsay Blanchard

Lynsay Blanchard is an experienced ICT professional currently serving as an ICT Transformation Specialist and ICT Business Partner at North East Lincolnshire Council since October 2018. Previously, Lynsay held the position of Senior ICT Officer at Northern Lincolnshire Business Connect from April 2016 to September 2018, and had a long tenure at North East Lincolnshire Council from July 1995 to March 2016, where roles included ICT Advisor, ICT Officer, and Repairs Officer. Lynsay began the career at Great Grimsby Borough Council as an Administrative Assistant from June 1993 to July 1995. Educational qualifications include a Higher National Certificate in Information Technology and an Ordinary National Certificate in Information Technology from Grimsby Technology College, completed between 2000 and 2002 and 1998 and 2000, respectively, along with completion of secondary education at Havelock School in Grimsby.
