Ross Blackwood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research, engagement, and volunteer management, currently serving as the Research and Engagement Lead for North East Lincolnshire Council since March 2016. In this role, Ross supports community engagement and project direction within the local authority through the co-produced engagement strategy, "Talking, Listening, and Working Together."
