William Abe

William Abe has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in environmental enforcement and project management. Currently retired from North East Lincolnshire Council since October 2019, William previously served as Environmental Enforcement Manager at North Norfolk District Council from September 2014 to October 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing enforcement initiatives. Prior roles included Team Leader for the Combined Enforcement Team and Empty Homes Manager, as well as Project Manager for COFELY UK - GDF SUEZ GROUP and Balfour Beatty Living Places. William also held the position of Policy Officer at North East Lincolnshire Council from September 2009 to April 2012. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate degree in Management Studies from the University of Lincoln and a BA(Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Humberside.
