Keisha Thomas

Keisha Thomas is the Director of Human Resources, Employee & Community Relations at North End Teleservices. Keisha has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and talent management.

Keisha started their career as a Patient Placement Supervisor at Ancillary Care Management. In this role, they were responsible for placing patients in the appropriate care facilities and providing support to the family members. Keisha then transitioned to Aureus Medical Group where they worked as an Account Manager. In this role, they were responsible for creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing employee compliance.

In 2015, Keisha started their own HR consulting business, KRT Management Solutions. Keisha provided strategic HR consulting to small businesses. In 2016, they sold the business and joined North End Teleservices as the Human Resources Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing the HR department, including implementing HRM systems, applicant testing, and recruiting strategies. Keisha also oversaw the hiring and on-boarding of new staff.

In 2021, Keisha was promoted to Director of Human Resources, Employee & Community Relations at North End Teleservices. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of the human resources function for the company. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing employee relations, overseeing talent management and succession planning, and administering benefits programs.

Keisha Thomas has a degree in Health Administration from Creighton University. Keisha also has a certification in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Lastly, they are certified as a General Notary Public from the State of Nebraska.

Keisha Thomas works with Robert Tapio - Director of Business Services, Douglas Hibbeler - Director of Market Development, and Hailey Plaehn - Director of Customer Experience. Some individuals on their team include Kerinne Mendoza - HR Assistant, Debbie Lidgett-McCoy - Human Resources Specialist, and Kiara Ferguson - Associate AR & Payroll Manager.
