Lillian Pozadas, MSW, LICSW, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in psychotherapy, psychiatric rehabilitation, and clinical case management. Currently serving as a Staff Psychotherapist at North End Waterfront Health since December 2016, Lillian provides individual and family therapy, along with intake and diagnostic assessments. Prior roles include Team Clinician at South End Community Health Center, where comprehensive assessments and risk plans were developed for adult clients, and Licensed Social Worker at Southern Jamaica Plain Health Center, focusing on at-risk populations and case management. Lillian’s academic background includes a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Sociology minor from Middlebury College. Prior experiences also encompass grant writing for the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation and internships that provided significant administrative and clinical support in social work contexts.
