Charles Stankard, MD FACS, has been a Partner and Owner at North Florida Surgeons since July 1998. Prior to this role, Stankard served as a General Surgeon at First Coast Medical Group from August 1996 to July 1998 and at Southeastern Surgical Group from July 1994 to July 1996. Stankard completed a General Surgery Residency Program at the University of South Florida, where the individual held positions including Surgical Internship, Chief Resident, and Research Fellow from 1988 to 1994. Stankard earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry between 1984 and 1988 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the College of the Holy Cross, completed in 1984.
