Chanel Gerena

Chanel Gerena is an experienced professional currently serving as an Analyst in Management Consulting at North Highland since July 2024. Prior to this role, Chanel worked as a Retail Associate at Old Navy and gained valuable experience as an Organizational Development Intern at The Neighborhood Center of West Volusia, where responsibilities included planning events, managing donors, and assisting housing residents. Additional experience includes roles as a Brand Representative at Hollister Co. and a Management Consulting Academy Intern at North Highland. Chanel is the founder of The Giver Impact, a platform connecting nonprofits with skilled volunteers, and has completed internships focused on project management and outreach. Chanel is pursuing a degree in International Business and Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship at Stetson University, anticipated to graduate in 2024.
