Danielle Watson

Danielle Watson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and learning management systems. Currently serving as an LMS Specialist at RaceTrac since April 2022, Danielle successfully launched the Docebo LMS, facilitated executive training, and managed vendor relationships while creating retail training content with the Articulate 360 suite. Prior to this role, as a Global Talent Development Specialist at North Highland, Danielle transitioned training from in-person to virtual formats, revamped orientation programs, and effectively managed the talent development budget, while ensuring compliance and reporting on training initiatives. Earlier positions included roles at State Farm ® as a Learning Support Coordinator and Claims Associate, and a Guest Experience Specialist at the Georgia Aquarium. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Christopher Newport University.
