Drew Wagner is a Management Consultant at North Highland, specializing in operational and organizational excellence within the Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, and Retail sectors since July 2016. With a robust background in Finance and Operations analytics, Drew focuses on identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization. Prior to North Highland, Drew served as a Senior Consultant for ExxonMobil's Upstream Business Analysis and Reporting division, where an impactful financial model was developed to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of forecasting processes. Additionally, Drew gained experience as a Business Analyst at America's Powersports.
