Gina Palmisano

Gina Palmisano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational change, strategy, and talent development. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce & Operational Strategy at North Highland since October 2019, Gina provides strategic direction and advisory services within a leading change and transformation consultancy. Additionally, Gina is a strategy consultant for Cordence Worldwide and holds advisory roles at The Impact Arts Society, where efforts focus on measuring social impact and advancing equity.
