Margó Banse

Margó Banse is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of the Organizational Strategy Practice at North Highland since July 2017, where the focus is on translating strategic visions into impactful solutions. Prior to this role, Margó held multiple positions including Manager of the Organizational Strategy Practice and Manager of the Public Sector Portfolio. Margó has substantial consulting experience, demonstrated through a tenure as a Board Consultant for Girl Scouts of Central Texas, where an analysis of outreach strategies led to initiatives aimed at increasing Latino membership. Additional experience includes an MBA Finance Internship at Delta Air Lines, where operational and financial performance metrics were enhanced, and a Project Consultant role at PwC, developing learning strategies for airlines. Margó's earlier experiences involve project management in agricultural supply chains at CARANA Corporation and internships with the Organization of American States and Puerto Rico Tourism Company. Margó holds an M.B.A. from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
