Tatiana Shamgunova

Tatiana Shamgunova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and transformation, currently serving as Principal at North Highland since May 2021. Tatiana founded Bay Six, LLC in May 2009 and held a key role in Digital Customer Experience Solutions at Hitachi Consulting from October 2010 to April 2021. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Networking and Workshops for the Puget Sound American Marketing Association from June 2012 to September 2014 and working as a Marketing Strategy Consultant at Akvelon from June 2008 to September 2010. Tatiana began an academic career as an Assistant Professor at UrGU, delivering courses on various organizational topics and receiving the “Most Promising Teacher 2006” award. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing Strategy from the UW Foster School of Business, an MA in Management from the Institute of Management and Business, a PhD in History from SpbGU/UrGU, and an additional MA in History from UGU.
