Leslie Appleby

Leslie Appleby is an experienced actress and Nia instructor with a diverse background in performance and dance. Currently, Leslie serves as an ongoing cast member at The Dinner Detective since February 2022, participating in interactive murder mystery theatre. Additionally, since July 2016, Leslie has been instructing Nia classes for residents at North Hill Needham Inc., holding sessions every Tuesday at 11:15 AM. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Leslie taught 8-10 Nia classes weekly at various gyms and studios. Leslie holds a Bachelor's degree in Radio, TV, and Film from the University of Maryland (1982-1986) and a 2-Year Method Acting Certification from Boston Casting, where training is ongoing.
