April Sumner

April Sumner possesses extensive experience in both healthcare and management. Currently serving as a Billing Specialist and Referral Specialist at North Idaho Eye Institute since January 2018, April has developed expertise in medical billing and patient referral processes. Prior experience includes ownership of Northern Idaho Janitorial Services from January 2007 to January 2021, where April managed all aspects of the janitorial business. April's educational background includes a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Leadership, a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration and Management, a certificate in Project Management, and an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, all obtained from Colorado State University Global and North Idaho College.
