Michelle Sauer

Michelle Sauer is a seasoned Speech Language Pathologist with extensive experience in providing speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy. Currently serving as Therapy Supervisor at North Jersey Elks Developmental Disabilities Agency since 2009, Michelle leads an interdisciplinary team and specializes in working with students having various diagnoses, including cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and autism. Prior experience includes roles at Creative Speech Solutions, where comprehensive assessments were conducted for students with diverse communication disorders, as well as positions at New Beginnings and Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, focusing on adult rehabilitation. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from William Paterson University of New Jersey and a Bachelor's degree in Speech and Communication Disorders from Queens College.
