Hazel Welburn

Hazel Welburn has extensive experience in mental health and social work, currently serving as Lead Officer AMHP at North Lincolnshire Council since July 2021. Previous roles include AMHP lead and senior social worker at North Lincolnshire Council, and approved mental health professional at NAViGO from January 2020 to July 2021. Hazel began working as a mental health social worker and AMHP from 2016 to 2020 and worked as a social worker at Doncaster Council prior to that. The career in mental health developed further as a mental health practitioner at NAViGO Health and Social Care CIC from 2013 to 2015. Hazel holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Hull and a Master's degree in Approved Mental Health Professional training from Sheffield Hallam University, with ongoing education at the University of Hull.
