Joel Francis

Joel Francis is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a strong background in digital engagement, content creation, and historical research. Currently serving as a Marketing and Communications Officer at North Lincolnshire Council since February 2014, Joel manages communications and social media for Normanby Hall Country Park while fostering an inclusive online community. Previous roles include Marketing, Communications and Content Officer at Learning Partnerships, where impactful digital and print content was created, and a Work Placement at HR Media Ltd, where diverse press releases and articles were developed. Joel also contributed to historical projects as a Project Officer at Baysgarth House Museum and a Historical Researcher for Heritage Learning.
