Karen Pavey

Karen Pavey is currently serving as the Executive Director People at North Lincolnshire Council since December 2018. Karen previously held the position of Director Adults & Health at the same organization since October 2004, overseeing Adults & Community Wellbeing. As an executive lead, Karen provides oversight of Children and Adult services for the local authority integration.
