Gordon Parkes, Chartered Companion CIPD and holder of an MBA, currently serves as the Executive Director of People & Culture at Northern Ireland Electricity Networks (NIE Networks) since September 2000, specializing in HR strategy, organizational change, and employee engagement, among other areas. Additionally, Gordon Parkes chairs the Green Skills Delivery Group for the Department for the Economy NI and has previously held the role of Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at the Labour Relations Agency from December 2009 to 2015. Educational qualifications include CIPD Certifications and a Master of Business Administration degree.
