Kay Aisthorpe has extensive experience in public health and community safety, currently serving as a Public Health Specialist and Deputy Head of Safer Neighbourhoods with North Lincolnshire Council since December 2013. In this role, Aisthorpe leads the Community Safety Partnership, focusing on crime reduction and the management of substance misuse services, while also overseeing the provision of CCTV and parking enforcement. Prior to this position, Aisthorpe held roles as Substance Misuse Strategy Manager and Service Development Manager at NHS North Lincolnshire from August 2004 to December 2013. Aisthorpe is pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at the University of Hull, having earned an education from The University of Sheffield.
