Jennifer Melgaard

Jennifer Melgaard is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in international health programs. Currently serving as a Consultant and Technical Specialist for the World Health Organization since November 2022, Jennifer supports stakeholders and program partners in developing interventions for vulnerable populations in Bulgaria, particularly refugees. Previous roles include consulting for UNICEF on COVID-19 vaccine procurement for Pacific Island countries and managing maternal and child health programs with JSI in several African nations. Jennifer holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Lewis & Clark College.
