Alexandra Drake

Alexandra Drake, MBA, is a seasoned quality management professional currently serving as Quality Manager at North Memorial Health since February 2018. Alexandra leads complex multidisciplinary clinical improvement projects aimed at reducing variation in care, costs, and enhancing patient and staff experiences. Previous roles include Clinical Quality & Data Project Manager, where Alexandra managed projects impacting a significant portion of hospital admissions, and Quality Data Analyst, responsible for redesigning the enterprise scorecard and enhancing reporting processes. Prior to North Memorial Health, Alexandra worked as a Business Analyst at Park Nicollet Health Services, developing workflow strategies and leading teams in revenue retention initiatives, and as a Reimbursement Specialist at McKesson, overseeing DME inventory for skilled nursing facilities. Alexandra also gained early experience as a Project Design Assistant/Intern at Cargill during the 2011 global job catalog redesign. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business Analytics from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
