Donna Williams

Donna Williams has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in patient access management. Donna started their career as a Patient Access Trainer at CHI in 2017 and later became a Patient Access Supervisor at MultiCare Health System. In 2020, they joined Prosser Memorial Health as the Director of Patient Access. Donna then moved on to Oak Street Health as a Practice Manager in 2022. In 2023, they held the position of Patient Access Director at BAHAMA Consulting and later at North Memorial Health. Donna has demonstrated their expertise in managing patient access and contributing to the smooth operation of healthcare organizations.

Donna Williams is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Western Governors University since 2022.
