Kate Olson

Kate Olson is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in crisis and change management communications. Currently serving as Program Manager for System Communications at North Memorial Health since January 2021, Kate has previously held roles such as Communications Consultant and Senior Internal Communications Specialist at Children's Minnesota, where significant contributions included navigating communications during the COVID-19 response and civil unrest. At Vail Place, Kate focused on community engagement and fundraising, while at William Mitchell College of Law, content creation for various audiences was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes serving as Associate Specialist at Target, where counsel on reputational matters was provided, and a brief internship in public relations at People Serving People Inc. Kate holds a B.A. in English from Southwest Minnesota State University.
