System Vice President - Service Lines at North Memorial Health

Paul Krogh has a strong background in the healthcare industry, primarily in pharmacy services and infectious diseases. Paul has extensive experience in various leadership roles with North Memorial Health, starting as the Director of Pharmacy, Respiratory Care, Interpreter Services, and Infectious Diseases in 2013. In this role, they were responsible for strategic planning, clinical and operational services, legal responsibility, and personnel management. Paul later became the System Director of Pharmacy Services and Infectious Diseases in 2017 before being promoted to System Vice President of Service Lines in 2023. In their current position, they oversee a wide range of departments and services within the health system. Prior to their time at North Memorial Health, Paul worked as a Pharmacy Manager at Abbott Northwestern Hospital from 2006 to 2013, where they managed distributive pharmacy services and led decentral pharmacy services in the emergency department. Paul also has experience as a Pharmacy Administrative Resident at the University of Wisconsin Hospital & Clinics and obtained their PharmD degree from the University of Minnesota in 2004.

Paul Krogh received their Bachelor's degree in Biology from Fergus Falls Community College in 1997. Paul continued their education at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, where they completed pharmacy pre-requisites from 1997 to 2000. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy, earning their Doctor of Pharmacy degree from 2000 to 2004. Lastly, they pursued a Masters of Science in Health System Pharmacy Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2004 to 2006.
