Shannon Sloan, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Human Resources at North Memorial Health, where they joined in January 2023 after previously holding the position of Director of Workforce Experience at the same company from July 2022. In addition to their current role, Shannon is also a Board Member for both the Governor's Workforce Development Board and Metropolitan Healthcare Partnership.
