Joseph Roglieri has extensive work experience in personnel administration and human resources management. Joseph Roglieri completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government at the University of Florida from 1976 to 1980. Joseph then pursued a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree with a specialization in Personnel Management from Florida State University between 1981 and 1983.
