Katia M. Philippeaux

Katia M. Philippeaux, MPA serves as the Chief of Staff for the City of North Miami, where leadership roles have also included Governmental Affairs Manager and Senior Management Analyst since July 2021. Additionally, Katia holds a position as a board member and spokesperson for the Epilepsy Alliance Florida, advocating for the Haitian American community in South Florida. As President of KMP MANAGEMENT GROUP, LLC since October 2021 and Founder of The Robert Philippeaux Epilepsy Organization since September 2019, Katia demonstrates a strong commitment to community service. Educated at Barry University with a Master of Public Administration and St. Thomas University with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations, Katia combines academic expertise with practical experience in public service and advocacy.
