Jim Stanzell

Jim Stanzell serves as chief compliance officer for North Mississippi Health Services.

Stanzell, who joined NMHS in 2003, previously worked at St. Bernards Healthcare in Jonesboro, Ark., and at the Greensfelder Law Firm in St. Louis.

He received a bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, a juris doctor degree from St. Louis University School of Law and an LL.M. in taxation from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.

He currently holds a graduate certificate in Health Care Corporate Compliance from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., as well as Certification in Healthcare Compliance and Certification in Healthcare Privacy Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCC).
