David Kingfisher

David Kingfisher is an experienced professional currently serving as the Corporate Programme and Project Manager at North Norfolk District Council since February 2024. Previously, David worked as the Digital Solutions Manager at City & Guilds from May 2023 to February 2024, and as CEO at Scoop from October 2021 to June 2023. David's expertise in knowledge exchange was further demonstrated at Norwich University of the Arts as the Knowledge Exchange & Entrepreneurship Manager for a brief period in late 2022. David's career also includes significant roles at Rainbird Technologies, progressing from Knowledge Engineer to Lead Knowledge Engineer and Senior Consultant from September 2015 to November 2021. David founded Digs in November 2014, serving as CEO until September 2017, and held various positions at Aviva, including Customer Experience Manager, from 2013 to 2015. Early career experience includes customer representation at Admin Re UK and horticultural laborer work at Howard Nurseries Ltd. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Art from Norwich University of the Arts and A Levels from Hartismere and Debenham Sixth Form College.
