Rachel Girvan

Rachel Girvan currently serves as the Principal Executive Assistant at North Northamptonshire Council since April 2021. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Executive Assistant at Kettering Borough Council from March 2015 to April 2021. Rachel's experience also includes serving as PA to the Corporate Management Team and Leader of the Council at Harborough District Council from August 2013 to March 2015, and as a Strategic Management Support Officer at Rutland County Council between November 2002 and August 2013. Earlier in their career, Rachel worked as a Sales Secretary at Masterplug Ltd from May 2000 to November 2002, providing comprehensive support in sales and marketing functions.
