Storm Phillips

Storm Phillips currently serves as Principal Project Officer - Developer Contributions at North Northamptonshire Council since April 2021 and has held a similar position at Northamptonshire County Council from October 2010 to March 2021. With extensive experience in managing various revenue and capital budgets related to educational programs, Storm has also contributed as Treasurer of Northampton Rotaract since January 2018.
