Melvin Carter

Melvin Carter is the owner of K. T. & C. Special Services since March 1987. Melvin also holds the position of EVS Manager at North Oaks Health System since July 1981, where Melvin oversees day-to-day operations. Melvin completed their education at Southeastern Louisiana University from 2010 to 2014.
