Staci Flores possesses extensive experience in office services, sales, marketing, design, and event promotion. Currently employed at North of the River Recreation and Park District since September 2013, Staci manages facility rentals, customer registrations for recreational activities, and ensures safety and cleanliness of venues. Additionally, Staci contributes to Mad Vibes Design by handling custom shirt orders, maintaining social media for marketing, and executing heat press orders. As an Events Promoter for Elements Venue since February 2016, Staci promotes reggae shows and supports various artists. Staci also served as the Frosh-Soph Volleyball Coach at Liberty High School and held an office assistant role at Trophies Etc. Staci holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Bakersfield and previously studied Pharmacological Chemistry at UC San Diego.

North of the River Recreation and Park District
Over 200 classes/programs are offered each year for public participation. Programs are conducted for all ages including preschoolers through senior citizens. NOR conducts after school sports programs for Standard, Beardsley, Fruitvale, Rosedale and Norris School Districts. Three District gymnasiums/recreation centers and three school gymnasiums are programmed on a joint use basis with school districts. Grant funds provide for a large senior program including two nutrition/program centers, senior and handicapped transportation programs, home delivery of meals and homemaker services.
