Alqadar Sadjail

AlQadar Sadjail has a diverse range of work experience in the field of recruitment. AlQadar began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Experts International Recruitment Services in 2006, and then moved on to First Select International in 2008. At First Select, they provided executive search, recruitment, and contract staffing services to various organizations in the UAE. In 2009, they joined CAPPO International as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, and Start-up services for the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Offshore, and Power Industries.

In 2010, AlQadar joined Fircroft as a Recruitment Consultant, where they focused on providing recruitment solutions to specialist technical industries worldwide. After two years, they joined Petroplan in 2012 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, specializing in the recruitment of highly skilled professionals for the oil, gas, and energy industry.

In 2014, AlQadar joined Gulf Drilling International as a Recruitment Officer. Gulf Drilling International is a drilling service provider, and during their time there, the company experienced significant growth in its rig fleet and workforce.

Currently, AlQadar is working at North Oil Company Qatar as a Recruitment Partner. The company is a joint venture between Qatar Petroleum and Total and aims to maximize production from the Al-Shaheen oil field over the next 25 years. This oil field is located in Qatari waters and consists of 33 platforms and close to 300 wells.
