Mykhailo Burychka

Mykhailo Burychka is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, human resources, and partnership management. Currently serving as a Soldier in the Armed Forces of Ukraine since September 2022, Burychka also co-founded skillreveal in October 2020, where responsibilities include managing partnerships and networking to match talents with opportunities in the tech industry. Additional roles include serving as Recruitment Partner at 1648Factory and working as a Networking Manager and Startup Founder in a self-employed capacity since 2013. Previous experience features HR management at Virtido and full life cycle recruitment at Remit Ltd, EPAM Systems, and SoftServe, contributing to various recruitment initiatives, performance reviews, and training programs. Early career involvement includes analytic coordination at the City Institute (Lviv) and graphic design for an advertisement magazine. Mykhailo Burychka holds education from UCU Business School and Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
