Asma Ben Khedher

Asma Ben Khedher has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies. asma began their career in 2008 as a Stage Ouvrier at Tunisie Télécom. asma then worked as a Stage Technicien at STEG Tunisie in 2009 and as a stage PFE at Société Tunisienne de l'Electricité et du Gaz (STEG) in 2010.

In 2011, Asma worked as an Ingénieur Énergétique at PVT Solar, Inc. before transitioning to MERI in 2012. At MERI, they held the role of Process Engineer/Project Engineer, where they were responsible for developing conceptual designs, conducting feasibility studies, and performing process simulations.

From 2016 to 2018, they joined ESO/Project Qatari diar Tozeur-Anantara Resort as a Planning Engineer/Project Engineer. In this role, they formulated master plan schedules, prepared manpower and equipment requirement plans, and generated project progress reports. asma also worked on resource allocation and cost control using Primavera P6.

Following their time at ESO, Asma worked at SOCOBAT from 2018 to 2020 as a Planning & Cost Control Engineer. asma was responsible for planning and controlling costs for construction projects.

In 2021, Asma joined SOROUBAT as a Planning & Cost Control Engineer. Here, they continued their work in planning and cost control for construction projects.

asma is currently employed at North Oil Company Qatar since February 2023, where they hold the position of Senior Planning Engineer.

Throughout their career, Asma has gained valuable experience in planning, cost control, project management, and process engineering.

Asma Ben Khedher began their education in 2001 at Lycée secondaire des garçons de Sousse, where they obtained a Baccalauréat in Mathematics in 2005. asma then attended the Institut préparatoire aux études des ingénieurs de Monastir from 2005 to 2007, earning a Diplome préparatoire aux études des ingénieurs.

From 2007 to 2010, they attended Ecole nationale des ingénieurs de Monastir (ENIM) and obtained a Diplôme national d'ingénieur en énergétique, specializing in Energétique. asma continued their education at ENIM from 2010 to 2012, completing a Master en génie énergétique with a focus on Énergétique.

In addition to their formal education, Asma has obtained various certifications. These include a Project Management certification from Project Management, a Business English certificate from the British Council obtained in January 2013, and a certification from the ANME (National Agency for energy conservation). asma has also obtained certifications in ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 from TÜV Rheinland Group, and Neuro-linguistic programming from PNL Coaching.
